Lying Leg Raise



Instructions

  • Lay flat on your stomach. Use your elbows for support as shown in the picture.

  • Keeping your legs straight, raise one leg up, contracting the glutes.

  • Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly return to the original starting position.

  • Repeat with the other leg.
