Lying Leg Raise

Instructions
Lay flat on your stomach. Use your elbows for support as shown in the picture.
Keeping your legs straight, raise one leg up, contracting the glutes.
Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly return to the original starting position.
Repeat with the other leg.
