Combat Group Personal Training

Muscle Toning & Physique Group Training

DennisGym Combat group training comprised of warm-ups, which may include stretching and traditional exercises, followed by a kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches.

This program is specially customized by Master trainer, Mr Dennis Tew. In this group training, we will make use the Latest training Techniques to help you Lose Weight as well as tonining up your body like the Fitness Model which every man always desire
